V

It is produced in lengths of 110cm,120cm, and 130cm. The body volume is high, the reason for this is to minimize recoil in heavy combinations.
It has a horizontal reel with a line capacity of 50m or 80m.

Setup information: Ø7.5/8 sharkfin shaft and double Ø15/16 Small ID band

  • Each of the spearguns consist of manufacturing the designs via CNC we have made in line with our experience after slicing and laminating carefully selected trees.
  • The production process is long as natural movements of the trees are waited between the steps of tree selection slicing, lamination and CNC machining throughout the process.
  • After CNC machining, sanding and epoxy works are carriet out by hand and the final coating is applied with a air brush.
  • After these steps, all accessories are carefully assembled, the speargun is put into final form and tested in our own buoyancy test aquarium.
  • After the weights are added to adjust the buoyancy, the spearguns are packaged securely and delivered to the end user.
  • Most of the woods used are members of the Mahogany family.
  • Sipo is the most commonly used wood type, while other mahogany varieties, Burmese Teak and rarely other tropical trees are used.
  • Marine glue or epoxy is used for lamination. Brands used are Wurth, Semparoc and Hexion.
  • We carry out the manufacturing by precise programming on a 3-axis CNC machine.
  • Production is done with precise programs using 3-axis CNC machining.
  • There are three options of right, left or universal for our grippy handle and there are also three options for color as write, grey, black for it. Following, the handle is fixed to the wood body.
  • The raw material of the handle is rigid polyurethane, and since the handle has a self-roughened structure, no mastic process is implemented on it.
  • The trigger mechanism and all metal components are AISI 316 quality, and the thick parts inside the trigger are cut by wire erosion method.
  • Other thin sheets are cut by laser cutting and surface processes (deburring and polishing) are applied to all of them.
  • The mechanism is our own design and has passed the test of 320 kg tensile. Optionally, right or left line release can be applied.
  • Threaded-insert materials are used for bolt in buoyancy plates. All bolts and screws are also used as AISI 316 quality.
  • Pulleys are mainly manufactured from POM materials by lathing and milling processes.
  • Mitsubishi Chemical products are used as raw materials in plastics. The roller parts are not made of casting or 3 parts coming together, they are formed by emptying a single full block.
  • In monoroller, 2 pieces of POM/Glass ball bearings are used on a single pulley.
  • Pulleys with ceramic bearings are used in Invert rollers, and the trolley on Invert rollers has Harken brand micro pulley.
  • High quality dyneema lines are used according to the requirements of the speargun model.
  • Shafts are produced from 17-4 PH quality stainless steel and their hardness reaches up to 48 HRC.
